All Freaky Beautiful wigs are made with human hair, which means you can gently wash & re-style them as you please*.

We recommend placing your unit in a small tub and pouring in some moisturizing shampoo, and running room temperature water on top until covered. Move the wig around in the wate a bit to get the shampoo bubbly, then let soak for ~20 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly and follow with by saturating with a deep conditioner and letting sit for another ~20 minutes. Rinse out the conditioner thoroughly with cold water and gently ring out water using your hands. Wrap in a towel and let air dry for as long as possible. Detangle very gently using a wide toothed comb, starting from the bottom & moving up slowly. Follow with any additional blow-drying or heat needed.

 

*Be aware that each time you wash & re-style your unit, you may experience some shedding of the hair. This is normal. Being gentle with this process & following our instructions will help prevent this.
